Partnership
ReCharged is a synergy between 7 leading academic institutions from Europe and the US, 5 industrial partners, including 4 SMEs, and a research and technology centre, all of which have strong links to stakeholders and operators of transport and energy systems and infrastructure.
Secondments
ReCharged will train people through research, innovation, and dissemination activities of interdisciplinary and inter-sectoral exchanges to incentivise data-driven resilience and sustainability in iTESLA management.
A total of 384 months of secondments have been planned, involving experienced researchers, early-stage researchers, managers, technical and administrative staff.
The plan of the secondments has been designed to successfully deliver the project and its objectives. The secondments are balanced between academic and nonacademic organisations and have diversity, in terms of transferable skills, knowledge and duration. They provide an injection of state-of-the-art knowledge into the industrial partners and vice-versa.
More than 40 secondments, with durations varying from 3 to 12 months, have been planned. A total of 29 researchers, 7 managers, and 3 members of technical and administrative staff will be hosted in partners’ premises to gain multidisciplinary knowledge and training.
