All partners were represented at the kick-off meeting which took place in Athens on 9 February 2023. The aim of the meeting was to discuss key issues affecting the implementation of the project, to plan the training program, and to identify the next steps for the completion of first year deliverables and milestones. This was a great opportunity for everyone to meet and get to know each other. A very productive start, which has laid the groundwork for the upcoming synergies and secondments.
